The Remote Desktop feature has been in Windows for some time now but its use in Windows 8 is a not as straight forward.

Setting Up the Target PC

1The fist thing is that the Windows sign in feature needs to be turned on and at least one user account needs to be set up. The auto sign in feature can’t be used with the Remote Desktop feature. If you already have to sign in to your PC when windows starts you can skip the following step and go to  step 3.
